Your equipment choices from the drop down menu.

Machine... M Series Pro with C-Flex CPAP machine. Respironics sticks all their machines with their Remstar thing highly confusing.
Humidifier.. M Series heated humidifier.

Respironics mask doesn't tell us a lot. There are a lot of them..Does it cover nose only? Cover mouth and nose? or Nasal pillows (only nostrils covered).

Your leak line is fine. Not bad enough to impact therapy or event reporting. The good report is quite good except for the snores.
Don't know what to think about all those snores.
If they are real snores they could be a problem. If it is hose rubbing against something then not real. Unfortunately we can't tell. Do you use any hose management system that keeps the hose up and off the bed covers? Or does it just flop around in bed with you?

If those are real snores that could mean quite a bit of flow limitations and perhaps needs just a bit more pressure to eliminate the bulk of those snores? Do you have your sleep study results? Could these snores be worse because you are on your back? Do you have a partner who can comment on hearing the snores or not?

If it were me I would increase the pressure 0.5 to see if it impacted those snores.

Here's what I mean by the 'large leak' and what it looks like when you're really blowing some air out...notice on the right side how it reports 158 minutes of large leak and notice the supposed reduction in apneas during those leaks because the machine cannot detect them due to the leaks.

What mask are you wearing?

After viewing my monthly trend chart, I decided that my major problem was leaks. I had bad problems with leaks, and my AHI was up around 15-20. I noticed my leaks went down all of a sudden as well as my AHI. I think that might be correlated with when I bought a new hose (that was leaking) and a new chin strap. So lesson to all you kids, control your leaks.

I use a plastic Respironics mask that cost $150 and has nasal pillows. My hose just flops around on the bed with me.

Yeah, getting leaks under control is essential before you can trust the data. If you get a good seal and are using pillows, could you be losing air via mouth leaks? I had to move from a pillows-only mask to the RespCare Hybrid, a combo pillows and oral cushion, because I was losing therapy air via little puffs of air coming out my mouth. Because I have chronic nasal-sinus issues, I use an APAP set with a wide range to accommodate my congestion issues (pressure varies as needed to keep my airways open); the Hybrid allows me to mouth breathe when my nose is blocked due to congestion. My leak is pretty much 0 now. My ResMed machine takes the intentional vent rate of my mask into account and only reports the leak above that rate (my mask vents a little more than ResMed's FFM so my 0 leak is likely within acceptable deviation). You will have to subtract your mask's vent rate (see mask literature) from reported leak to determine the actual leak number.

As you start getting restful sleep, the flopping around tends to lessen if not stop.

You are using Encore Pro 2? What leak rate term are you using? It defaults to unintentional leak but can be changed to total leak. Baseline isn't always zero for unintentional leak as it depends on how much pressure is used. For the most part your leak line itself doesn't have any huge spikes so it is mostly straight and thus it is pretty straight and within what the machine can compensate for.

Thanks Pugsy, I don't know a lot about non-ResMed xPAPs.
