I had my best night sleep yet...It wasn't great but it was better. I kept the mask on for over 9 hours without taking it off or getting up in the middle of the night and I did sleep.
Here what I did:
I spent about 5 minute in the bathroom mirror adjusting the mask to get a good fit. (I was just putting it on before)
Rinsed my mouth with biotene (helps with dry mouth)
I turned off the humidifier
Set the EPR to 2
Went back to an old pillow
Waited until I felt sleepy to go to bed
