Buyer beware...these products do NOT work for everyone and you cannot return them for any kind of credit! The liners actually made my sleep experience WORSE. I contacted the company and referenced the "Satisfaction Guarantee" claim on their website...asking for my money back. After waiting 2 weeks, the company finally responded and credited my PayPal account a mere $1.50, which they claim was their profit on my purchase. I'm out $21.94
For the record I also use a Quattro FX and am sleeping fine WITHOUT any liners. Occasionally the mask would slip or not have a tight seal, so I opted to try the Quietus Liners after reading an article in our local newspaper. Quietus is actually based not too far from me here in PA, but my customer satisfaction experience will tarnish my opinion of them forever I also thought the liners would keep me from having to clean the mask as often, but oh well.
Sorry to hear that you were unable to use padacheeks products...but, please don't be too hasty to post "buyer beware". Karen is a member here and has worked vey hard to help us all out with mask problems over the years. If you were to educate yourself and read some of the posts here, you would find that MOST of us use padacheeks products of one sort or another and are VERY satisfied with all that Karen does to help us better cope.

unless you want to, you do not have to wash the cushion or pad-a-cheek liner every day.... I handwash wash mine every 4 days....
I have 2 cushions and liners, so I rotate my stock..... my liners have been in rotation for almost 4 months now and they show no sign of wear or needing replacement.
I am a very satisified customer!!

How often did you wash the cushion BEFORE you started using the liner?

Sorry, I missed responding to the before part..
Even with washing my face with hot water and soap before going to bed, I seem to have a lot of facial oils.
The facial oils caused farts & leaks after one night, so I needed to wash my cushion every day before getting the pad-a-cheek liners.
my routine now is to rotate my cushion and pad-a-cheek liner after 4 nights... The liner probably doesn't need cleaning, but I have to take it off to get to the cushion, so I wash it at the same time.
the rest of the Quattro mask parts get washed once a week.

Nan, unless I am reading it wrong, I believe Misteracad pulled up this old thread from 2011 because it mentions Quiteus Liners and he had a bad experience with the liners and the companies customer service, specifically their satisfaction guarantee/refund policy (or the companies severe lack of following through with one) for customers unhappy with their products. I never saw him mention Pad-A -Cheek in his post and think the OP thread title has nothing to do with his post. Then again, I could be all wrong, and it won't be the first time that has happened .

Sorry....I must have "ass u me d" that he meant he wasn't satisfied with Karen's products.............for the life of me, I couldn't think of one reason folks would not be satisfied with her wonderful liners and covers

Amen to that! Though I have yet to purchase any products from her, I have corresponded with her about her zippered fleece hose covers. Just from the little interaction I have had with her, I can tell she is a very kind, compassionate, and helpful person . I have already heard from numerous people here how good the quality of her products are and that she stands behind everything she makes and sells. If it is not obvious by now... I am a fan of Karen and Pad-A-Cheek .

Used Pad -a-cheek and first night had worst leaks ever and second night leaks started immediately so I quit using it. Had to ramp the mask down too tight to stop leaks so went back to Remzzz. I am thinking that the microfiber type cloth in pad-a-cheek is too slick for me and when it encounters facial oils during the night it tends to slip.
I do not like cutting the hole bigger. Considering that I cannot draw a straight line with a ruler imagine me enlarging an oblong hole.
Have used remzzz for 3 years and , for me, work the best. Had also tried quietess line but just did not like them.
By the way, let us all thank Medicare for taking Remzzz's off their approval list. Nothing like helping those who are being treated with something so free as air. Oh, that's right, no one makes money from that!
