Everyone, thanks again for the warm welcome. Looking forward to being a relatively active forum member.
I am amazed at what some folks here have gone through. While my OAS was dubbed "severe" (37 AHI) to me that's nothing compared to some of the numbers folks have been diagnosed with here, and I simply cannot fathom how they dealt with that. I am so impressed by the determination of the members here in tackling their OSA as best they can and armed to the teeth with info. My heroes, one and all. Looking forward to being a part of the team.
