Thanks to these comments and some extra discipline, I managed to get 5-7 hours the past couple of nights (I did wake up several times throughout the night) plus naps using the CPAP the whole time. Thanks guys! I can't say I feel any less tired so far, but that will come in time, I guess. I'm also going to look into getting some of the accessories mentioned. Maybe a CPAP pillow, too.

If you hear it blowing you might put it back on.
I'm not familiar with your machine. Are you using a ramp feature? EPR? What are your settings?
Maybe try the recliner watching TV without ramp to get used to the full pressure.
I'm not sure as to "EPR"...all I know is that it does have ramp, and that the pressure is set to 15. Waking up to full pressure is a little overwhelming, so watching TV without ramp seems like a good idea!

You may even need to lower your pressure a bit until you get used to it. I had chest discomfort from my starting pressure of 7 for the first week. Give yourself some time. Any therapy is better than no therapy.

What machine do you have? What are your settings? Can you tell is how you feel when you take it off? Are you gasping? Feeling like there isn't enough air? Too much air? The more you can tell us, the easier it is for us to figure out what you are struggling with and what advice may be useful for you.
