You have no idea how comforting it was to me to read that! I was ashamed to say so before, but my brain had repeatedly interpreted it, from my quick glances, as being the Loch Ness Monster.
Seriously.
Oh well. Not the first inkblot test I've "failed."

I too saw a dinosaur, until Napstress explained her avatar on one of the avatar threads....

On the internet, no one knows whether you're an elephant or a dinosaur.

One person's elephant is another person's dinosaur. And one person's elephant in a boa constrictor is another person's hat...

Oh, thanks for the excellent idea: I now know what to get my best friend's 4-year-old son for Christmas! I love that book.

My son loves the parts where the author insults grown ups as not really understanding anything important.

Bronto-loch-ness?
I have to agree; and every time I see the same thing.
It always takes a while for me to see the elephant.

I am confused!
Who is the imposter? Is it Bronto-loch-ness, the elesaur the dinophant or napstress?
But then again I am new here...

None of us!
While some might interpret my avatar as something other than an elephant, it remains an elephant, nevertheless.
I might not have apnea, but I do have a high RDI, and very likely UARS, the treatment of which is CPAP therapy.
I belong!
