Another thing which helps with inflammation and chronic pain is uninterrupted sleep. THat's how I was originally diagnosed. Pain that wouldn't stop after my cancer surgery.
Interestingly, I had very bad shoulder pain that essentially disappeared on CPAP, but the back pain has developed since CPAP. I thought it was all weight related, but so far I haven't lost enough weight to make a difference. Now I'm thinking it was all caused by inflammation. I've noticed I've been sleeping even better (was sleeping pretty good with CPAP) this past week. I certainly have more energy!

I am the part of low carb diet what I am following from last 6 months. I got positive response and reduced 4 kg weight during this tenure. I am happy and recommends you to foll the natural low carb diet technique.

I like it because they tell you exactly what to eat. Unless quantities are indicated, you eat whatever quantity you are comfortable with...within reason. It includes fruits and vegetables. Except for the carb cut, it is reasonably well balanced, is NOT super-high fat, and can be used as a blueprint for establishing better eating habits.
