Speaking of privacy in today's electronic world of communication, it was covered on a new episode of South Park last night, http://www.southparkstudios.com/full-ep ... ancentipad. Specifically the episode was about the terms and conditions you agree to when you download from I-Tunes.

One word of caution, if you have never watched South Park, you don't want to start now.

BTW, did you see the trouble Will had getting the ring on Kate's finger? I'm thinking "Whoa, what a time to have a 'puffy' day, y'know? Here, in front of BILLION people, and now everybody knows, out of all the days, you think SOMEBODY would have gotten a calender and figured out...."

Whoops.

Stuff.

Yeah, a real breakthrough for GN Rights.
Marion Hammer, former president of the NRA wrote:Pediatricians should not ask anybody about gun ownership. It has nothing to do with treatment and medical care. Whether or not I own a gun has nothing to do with influenza or if I have a broken leg.
That's brilliant, you FnAH.
The 2002 edition of Injury Facts from the National Safety Council reports the following statistics:
  • In 1999, 3,385 children and youth ages 0-19 years were killed with a gun. This includes homicides, suicides, and unintentional injuries.
  • This is equivalent to about 9 deaths per day, a figure commonly used by journalists.
  • The 3,385 firearms-related deaths for age group 0-19 years breaks down to:
    • 214 unintentional
    • 1,078 suicides
    • 1,990 homicides
    • 83 for which the intent could not be determined
    • 20 due to legal intervention
  • Of the total firearms-related deaths:
    • 73 were of children under five years old
    • 416 were children 5-14 years old
    • 2,896 were 15-19 years old[/list
[/list]

I really hope that one of Marion's children, grandchildren, whoever is not seriously injured or killed in a firearms accident.

Seriously. I really mean that.

Upon further reflection, perhaps it would make more sense to ban Bacon Double Cheeseburgers.
