Gee, and I thought that I was rural! What area of NY do you live in? You can specify in the search a radius of up to 100 miles, which should get you more than 1 provider. I actually used the National Provider Search rather than the local area network search as this way I found I got a much larger listing when I was looking for a doctor a while back.
