I'd like the software as well. I just got a new computer with Windows & 64 bit, and the old 1.7 doesn't install.

Thanks.

Hi Pugsy,

I don't even own a Respironics unit and I still want my Encore Pro 2!

---------------------------------------

Seriously, I plan to give Respironics a try in the near future, and would love to have a copy of the software.

Thanks for responding, even if I am the--what?--two hundredth person to make this request.

Mike

Hi Pugsy,

Would be interested in the Encore Pro 2 as well.

I am a bit worried because the site where I purchased my CPAP says whats included is a smart card, but the Specification: Data Storage Content says it includes "Detection & Reporting (SD Card more than 1 year) >> Hours of Use, Visual Inspection Compliance, Apnea Hypopnea Index, Flow Limitation, Respiratory Effort Related Arousal, Snore, Leak, Clear Airway Apnea, Obstructed Airway Apnea, Hypopnea, Periodic Breathing".

So, I' wondering here if the machine I got uses a smart card or an SD card. I hope its an SD Card, cause the Smard card reader price is just way out of my budget.

Its a "Respironics PR System One REMstar Auto CPAP with A-Flex and Heated Humidifer - SKU: DS550HS".

Composing requested information.
I have a new computer and not all my stuff has been transferred over.
Give me a few minutes to gather the needed stuff.

To Rogue.. look at my machine in my profile. If it looks like mine you will be fine.
If your computer has a SD slot already, then nothing else is needed. If it doesn't a cheap generic SD card reader will work just fine. I have seen them at WalMart for $10 to $15.

What no WalMart in the Philippines? I am shocked. Actually I use it as an example to show that there is no need for the expensive SD card reader. I live out in the country and the little town I am near keeps voting down Walmart's tries to build a super center. It would kill the remaining business. I have 3 super centers within 20 miles though.

Let me know id I can help. I have the PR S1 Auto myself and if you need the clinician manual send me a PM with your private email address and I will send it to you as pdf attachment.

Hi, All,

I am new here and just upgraded from a series M to a System One. I have EncoreViewer 1.0 with the smartcard reader and now the new machine has an SD card. I see that you can buy the newer EncoreViewer software for $100+ but it seems like people have some troubles installing it and I feel a little resentful about having to buy the upgrade as if I am a new user. I tried downloading Sleepyhead and it crashed trying to get the data off the SD card. What is the advice here about how to get the data off the stupid SD card - currently inserted perfectly happily in my computer but the computer doesn't know what program to use to open it. Thanks!

Are you sure it showed leaks? There could have been several different looking graphs showing various usage patterns.
Wonder if you could get a print out of your data to make sure?
The Plus you show in your profile does not show leaks. I shows usage hours only.
https://www.cpap.com/cpap-machine/respi ... tcard.html
copied from specs
Data Storage Capacity Display: 7 and 30 day averages (minimum) SmartCard (optional): 9 months a 3 usage sessions per day
Data Storage Content SmartCard: Date/time, hours of use, usage patterns, FOSQ, Compliance Monitoring, Breathing detection

This machine does have the added data.
https://www.cpap.com/cpap-machine/Respi ... -CPAP.html
and from its spec page
Data Storage Capacity SmartCard: 6 months a 3 usage sessions per day, 7 days in-depth analysis
Data Storage Content SmartCard: Date/time, hours of use, usage patterns, AHI, leak, snore, FOSQ

Hi.

I'm new to CPAP and also to the forum.
I've started using a Remstar PR1 AutoPAP
Could I also get the link for the Encore Pro 2 software?

Thanks!

First you will nwws to know the operating system that your computer uses, and wheather it's 32 or 64 bit, as the program comes in two flavors. Jim
