Your equipment profile shows a ResMed S9 machine.
Encore Pro is for Respironics machines and won't work at all with ResMed machines.

I have hunted for a site to download EncorePro 2, but am drawing a blank. Suggestions? Link? Help?

I would also like to get the link to download the latest Encore pro software.
I used version 1.8 with the infineer smart card reader, but with the new computer and Win 8.1, there are problems to install this old version (SQL Server Databases 2006 <-> 2012?).
REMStar pro, M Series, Smartcard (not SDCard).

Could you please give me a link?
