Guys, I am new to the forum and I just got a PR S1 60 Series Auto.
I found that SleepyHead (with the patch) has a bug with the pressure charts.
This is why I'd like to download EncoreBasic, maybe it would provide me with the right graphical data.
Really appreciate your help in providing a link.

I am attempting to get the SleepyHead software running for my wife's Respironics BiPAP S/T but I keep getting an error when I try to import data. From what I've read it's not compatible and I need to get a different piece of software. We have both Windows 8 and Linux Mint 15 operating systems. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I thought that SleepyHead worked with that machine. What is the message you are getting?
What version of SleepyHead are you using?

Check your PM box..I sent you some information on the software that would install on your Windows 8 computer and work with the machine.

When you did the import navigation to the SD card where you were to import from did you stop at the drive letter where the SD card is located or did you try to go to the PSeries folder ?
If you tried to go to the PSeries folder that is too far. It's a common mistake people make.
You need to stop the navigation at the letter for the drive where the SD card is sitting. If anything more than the drive letter is showing in the choose directory box..you have gone too far.
Examples are in my software install and use hints if you don't understand what I mean.

If you are for sure that you did the download navigation correctly then it is possible that SleepyHead isn't working with the BiPap S/T but as far as I know the only machine SleepyHead won't work with just yet is the model 960 Auto ASV Advanced model and that's not the S/T that you have.

I stopped at the drive letter only when I tried to upload. So apparently it isn't working with this model. The other software isn't wanting to install the SQL server in Windows 8 after compatibility tweaking so I installed it inside a Windows XP virtual machine. Now I just need to figure out how to get the virtual machine to see my built in SD card reader.

The only software version that will install on Windows 8 is Pro 2.12 and man is it ever a PITA for some people and 9 times out of 10 when it wants to be a PITA it's the SQL server database that is the issue.
I was hoping you wouldn't have that headache. Give me a bit and I will send you another private message with an alternate idea.

There is but your machine doesn't need it since SleepyHead will work with your machine and you already were sent EncoreBasic and trust me..the reports are identical to Pro. The software that Jerry sent you will work great with your machine and the only thing you would get by using Pro are headaches and hassles.
If you just have to have Pro and the headaches...send me a private message and tell me the operating system on your computer and I will point you to it but I don't offer any support for Pro. You are own you own.. There's a reason because I quit offering support for Pro. It created tons of work for me with high install failure rates plus it is hard to manage....Basic offers the same reports so there is no advantage over Pro when a person has Basic that is working well.

Looking for the link to EncorePro 2 as well. Running Windows 7/8.

Can't help with Pro but you get the same information with Encore Basic. It wors great with Win 7 and have a work around for Win 8.
