I have the 560p and would like to read my card data. does sleepyhead work on this model? if not where can i get Encore pro 2.8?? i just got my cpap on the 29th of june i wanted to start reading my nightly data and see if i'm smart enough to make sense of it

It won't work with your ResMed machine. Encore is a Respironics machine software product.

Me too please! I have Remstar Pro C-Flex+. I tried sleepyhead but i had read on another forum that my model does not yet work with sleepyhead. Thanks in advance!

i have a respironics machine and would like to know where i can get the Encore Pro 2.2 software for reading the card. Can someone point me in the right direction? I also see posts regarding a special card reader. Is a special reader required

Card reader may or may not be needed. Depends on what machine you have.

You don't want Encore Pro 2.2....that version is way old now.

Please Pugsy, can i have the link to download Encore pro. I can't to find it here. I dont have acces to read my sd card and i want to know if i can change the settings of my REMstar Auto, because it's configured at 14 cm and i want to use a lower pressure.

I am going to add this note to this thread though I know people may not read it.
If you ask for Encore Pro...you will get Encore Pro. It is assumed that you know what you are asking for and that you have read this thread. Encore Pro is a huge, bloated software pig. Horribly slow and difficult to manage.
I don't know how much longer Pro will support the older technology machines that use the Smart card and DT3500 card reader. Rumor control has it that it won't be much longer.
Your choices if you have one of the new 60 series heated hose machines....
Encore Pro 2.5 or higher or Encore Basic.
the only disadvantage to Basic is that it won't offer wave form graphs past the most recent graph.
Even with Pro you have to download every day or you only get the most recent waveform but it will allow you to go back to last week's wave form if you want to...Basic won't.
Since you have to download every day any way even with Pro...just save the waveform pdf file to a folder and access them that way if you want to see the older graphs.
So my recommendation is for people to use EncoreBasic but some people think "Pro is better because it is Pro" and ask for Pro...
My job isn't to tell you want to do or tell you what to use...my goal is to help you get whatever you ask for.
If you post here with a request I assume that you have read the thread and choose Pro...so guess what I help you get?
