You might want to take your own screen shot of the screen shot if you need it printed.
I don't have a printer so I haven't even tried to print anything so I have no idea why the images won't print.

where can I download Encore Pro 2 64 bit? I have the 32 bit version working with the DT3500 card reader on windows 7, but that machine is a netbook and many of the screens won't scroll down all the way. I'd rather use the sleepyhead thing since every post i've seen trying to find the download says it is better, but I have an old remstar pro with c-flex and I gather that doesn't work because it is a smart card instead of usb. I wonder if there is some way I can get the data in the right format though since I am able to read the card and get data off it with the Encore software. Thanks in advance!

PR System One users....I suggest that you try SleepyHead...information links can be found in my signature.

You can use Encore if you wish. Big, bulky, slow and can be a PITA to install.

For anyone interested....SleepyHead (information is found in my signature line and works well if you read all the links) does a bang up job with far less headaches than Pro.
Pro is huge, bulky and slow. It is 90% for DME office stuff and maybe 10% for patient stuff.
SleepHead gives you the same data as Pro but the reports are visually different. There is actually more data available in SleepHead than is available in Pro.

If someone has a PR System One machine....give SleepyHead a trial..see if you like it. Compare it to Encore if you wish...I have and I prefer SleepyHead.

If someone has M series or older model of machine...you are stuck with Encore for the time being.
SleepyHead won't work with those smart cards yet (or ResMed smart cards). It may in the future but doesn't right now.

If someone has the very latest PR System One ASV model machine...You will need at least Encore Pro 2.5...rumor control has it that version updates are in the works for Encore again but I haven't seen anything yet to evaluate them. SleepyHead is also compatible with the new PR S1 ASV machine models (along with similar models in ResMed line.

Yes..SH and Encore Pro (or even Viewer) can be used on the same computer. They are completely independent of each other and there is no conflict at all.

SH even with its Beta bugs is still far superior to PRO...90% of Pro stuff is for DME and doctors offices that we as users have no use for.

I am new to the forum and I would like to obtain both the encore pro 2 and the sleepyhead software. I am studying my sleep patterns and correlating them with a zeo sleep machine and pulse oximetry. I would like to check my sleep pattern relationship with my cpap.
