Hi, I'm new to the forum and also to Cpap. Would you please send me the link to Encore.....that would be great! Also, how do you list your equipment at the bottom of your emails? I've looked and can't find out how to do it. Thanks for you help!

Go up to the top under the search bar and click "User Control Panel", then the "Profile" tab, then click "Edit Equipment".

I'm new to CPAP. I just bought a used M Series Auto CPAP with A-Flex from secondwindcpap. If this software works with this machine I would appreciate a download link. I understand I will also need to buy the encore smart card reader.
edit: Win 7, 64 bit

So if it's a PRO... then it's fully data capable. Then it's worth downloading the software and finding a card reader (MAKO DT3500 is the only one that works for Respironics smart cards).

Can someone please PM me with the link for Encore Pro 2 as well? I only just started using a CPAP (on a trial) and was hoping to play with the Encore Pro 2 software and see the data.
Cheers

Encore Pro is complex software for professionals using patients-database. You have to install the database management system also.
I advise Philips/Respironics cpap users to use the simple but excellent application Encore Viewer. See

I'll have that with a Grain of Salt, more of our readers can handle a challenge, and do. Sometimes with a little help from their friends. Jim
Yes Encoreviewer is easier to install and usemBUT it's behind the curve, it's not been upgraded to support 64 bit computers or the newer XPAPs out there.
