1) Will a "standard" 2 GB SD memory card work. i.e. does it need to be a "Respironics" SD card?
2) When dealing with 64 bit vs. 32 bit windows problems, it's the version of windows that matters, not the processor version that matters. i.e. I have a 64 bit processor in my PC, but I'm running 32 bit windows, and the software works fine.

1. Yes a standard 2 GB SD card will work fine.
2. The operating system, not the processor, is the issue with the Encore Viewer software that will not install on a 64-bit operating system. There are 64-bit and 32-bit versions available for the Encore Pro software.

Thanks, Dennis.
I wonder why Philips Respironics hasn't updated Encore Viewer to run on Win64? Maybe Philips is less end-user friendly than Respironics was, and wants the consumer version of the viewer to go away. It can't be that hard to fix the software to be Win64 compatible, given that you can work around the problems by copying files from a Win32 installation and make it work.

I'm trying to get a "friendly" version of encorePro so I can read my pressure histories to see if I'm getting the right therapy at night. My wife says I'm still snoring with max on so I'm thinking my pressure isn't auto adjusting.
Any help would be greatly appreciated (64 bit). I certainly don't mind paying if the software helps me but I'm reluctant to buy and be disappointed.
Thanks in advance to any friends that can help.

You won't find a "friendly" version of Encore Pro but Encore Basic is not bad and should work with your system and machine. Check your PM's for a link.
