Yes, thank you for the chuckles. Bubba the wonderdog - my avatar, is 15 now. Can hardly jump up on the bed any more. I do miss his presence there between hubby and I. But last night he made an effort to join us, just stood there looking down on me, then turned around and laid down. But alas, not for long, his old bones are giving him fits and we do the best we can to make him as comfortable as possible. Gotta love those 4-legged family members!

My 13 year old lab makes sure that I follow proper care of my mask. He hops up on the bed every morning and slobbers all over me so that I have to wask it daily.
The cat stays in bed with me until I turn the ASV on. He used to stay all night.
Terri - I know the sorrow of no longer having a labbie on the bed. Our younger lab (only 7) has arthritis. We've had to buy her a special mattress for the floor by the bed. In earlier years, I had an excuse to buy an electric blanket for my bed, because it was good for her joints. But now we have to lift her into the car, and the bed's just too high.

Tommy the chihuahua stays out of the bedroom.
He is terrified of the gargoyle I put next to the door.
It's about his size and looks really nasty.
Hubby doesn't want him in the bedroom at all, and this totally works.
He used to sneak in any time the door was open; and leave hair all over the bedding.
