i really do!! My husband was ready for an argument, but even he remarked at how nicely we were treated. I'm so happy I found this forum... I think I know almost as much as the DME . When I was teaching, I was expected to be "up" on everything happening in my field. I can't believe she wasn't aware of a new product.
