I use Swift LT for her. So far so good. Its the only mask I have tried. Its the one I used during titration. I am looking to try maybe the sleepweaver or Innomed Hybrid.

Thanks to this forum, I knew and stood up for my rights.
Now I finally have a mask that means comfort and a wonderful night's sleep.
Thanks to our hosts, I have the mask I need.

I've never found a mask that worked "perfectly" or even well. So I settle. The FF masks all have leaked (too much for therapy) with me. So I will only use one if I have a cold, etc.
I mouth breathe a little bit with the Resmed Mirage softgel - but it never affects my AHI as best as my reports show. I get leaks a lot of the time as I am a side sleeper - or have actually become one since going on CPAP (I used to be a stomach sleeper). These leaks seem a bit minor, and my AHI averages 0.2-0.4. I guess life isn't perfect, but so far CPAP has been great for me. I'm slowly getting used to the mask and associated leaks, etc.

My first mask was the Comfort Gel Nasal Mask given to me at my sleep study, then my DME brought me a Swift LT For Her. Then I tried a Mirage Soft Gel Nasal Mask (very comfortable). Then I finally fell in love with the Swift FX. I have a Swift FX for Her coming in a couple of weeks. My only problem is the back velcro strap keeps riding up during the night. I have heard that some people on the forum use velcro for this issue. I might try that next.
I also found that when I get a really bad sinus infection and my nose is really sore on the inside, it is necessary to switch to a nasal mask, as the nasal pillows become too uncomfortable. And, for emergency, I have on hand a Comfort Gel Full Face Mask just in case I got so clogged up that I have to breathe through my mouth, but I haven't had to use it yet, as the humidity coming through the nasal mask has been enough to help me breathe when I have a cold.
Regards to all,
Jersey Girl

jonquiljo, with numbers like that you have nothing to worry about. Whatever leaks there are are totally inconsequential. Congratulations on those results!

I just saw my cpap rep - he said for leaks - to purchase those cloth things from Remzzz which attach around the face mask and catch any air leaks. I haven't had to buy them yet, but they look like they'd fix the leak problem with a FFM or maybe others.

I checked #1 - "I am very happy with my mask."
I have tried a lot of masks. I rotate between several now, but the one I use most often is the AEIOMed Headrest nasal pillows mask. No mask is perfect, but this is the one that works best for me. I get good results numbers, zero leaks, it's comfortable (with no pressure on the face), and the mask vents upward (out of the way of pillow and bed partner).
One negative with the Headrest is that the headgear is too large and doesn't conform well to my head. If I didn't wear it over my PAPCap chin strap, it would slide all over the place. But it is very stable when worn over my PAPCap, and the nasal pillows stay in place for me without any additional modifications. Another negative is that the mask is a bit noisy on inspiration. Also, it tends to collect condensation from out-breathing more than any other mask that I've used. But those are drawbacks that I can live with. It's the best I've found so far.

I am still using the mask that the DME gave me with grear results. I did try some nasil pillows for 2 weeks but they did not work to well for me. I am very happy with my mask but would be willing to try others to see if I like them better.

I'm using an F&G Forma max in extra large. It's the only one I've found (so far) that fit's right. Unfortuntely, now I'm finding that, as I'm doing some desensitizing during the day, I end up with a headache after an hour or two. I've tried loosening the straps and still get the headache. Don't know for sure what I'll do now. Go mask shopping again, I guess.

Swift FX is working for me. The velcro modification to the back strap has done wonders.

It is well known that presents make ladies compliant. This is not rocket science.

I'm still high from finding a mask that works perfectly for me. It's only been a couple of weeks so I don't know how well it will hold up with time - but I love my F&P 431. My dream was a mask that I could slip on all by itself, without chin strap or mouth tape, that would let me sleep on my side, stay sealed all night and not leave dents in my face in the morning. It's even cheaper than most and comes with all three size cushions.
