I guess you really don't want help after all. Another troll pretending to be a newbie? Someone asking more details is not being nasty. I suggest you apologize. Until then I suggest you just suck it up and live with it.

My thoughts exactly. Troll!

I am too new at this to try to give you advice. But I would say that if you feel like you are getting too much pressure then listen to your body. Assuming you do not have any kind of lung disorder , which would definitely be a whole different ballgame, you may need to be retitrated but certainly the Dr needs to be aware of this. Do you have a RT who gave you any instruction when you first got your machine? Call them, your primary, and keep calling his office until you get help and answers.
As for the rude comments from some folks here, I do understand and apologize for them - some cannot help themselves - that is all I can offer. I was not brought up that way but we are all not cookie cutter here either. You will find the kind people who really want to help because they are here too.
Maybe everyone just needs to be reminded of the Golden Rule and the fact that all were newbies at one time. Best of luck - hang in and remember we all do not take to this like ducks to water as there is nothing natural about sleeping with air being forced up your nose!

If you are not sure how to include your info, look for the user control panel just below the cpaptalk.com.
Here you can enter your info and we can send PMs.

I agree with Black Spinner (Can I call you BS?), If the newbie doesn't respond with their basic info after being asked, they are just lurking and
are not serious. If they have been reading "a slew of posts" they know that it's important to give basic info in the post.

I certainly don't have to speak for Ozij but in my experience I've never known O to be rude to anyone. I suspect that she may have just been frustrated with the lack of information given and her inability to be of any meaningful help in that situation. I personally have decided to not think troll until I'm forced to and if I sometimes get fooled so be it. BTW, my interpretation of the OT's description may be that he may have an auto set to default 4-20cms with leaking and runaway pressures. All guesswork but hopefully we'll get the information we need so we can help.

To the troll/newbie:
If you are sincere, step up and let us help you; call your doctor--again; or whatever.
If you are a troll; I'm so sorry your existence is so meaningless that you have to behave like a naughty child.

It wasn't the lack of info but the nasty response to a simple request - without adding any info - just slamming O for requesting it- and like you said, they stated they had read "a slew of posts".

Very true. I was another one of those others.
