It was a pina colada. I was on the beach at Waikiki at sunset. That setting will certainly help you to forget cpap worries!
I am a newbie to the forum as well. I'm interested in what Sound Barrier is saying about not being able to sleep well. I'm actually doing some research for my mom she is having a hard time with sleep apnea and we are going to get her a system. Don't know which one yet, but I know it will have to be comfortable or she won't where it. I'll read some more and try to learn about the different models.Sound Barrier wrote:Thanks to all of you that responded.
I'm still struggling to get any sleep with the CPAP.
The longest I wore a mask was for 3 hours with never getting close to going to sleep.
I'm going to try 2 different masks starting tonight ( 1 full face and 1 for the Nose only ).
I even tried an Ambien and I was awake for 3 hours - fully aware of the Ambien had kicked in. Weird.
I'm in line to get a Bipap machine as soon as another person brings it back in the office.
Will keep trying.
