I downloaded some info from my old card--just gives compliance.

When you click on your day's download data, you need to select "Full details" otherwise it will only give compliance data.

Actually, the reason that mine only downloaded compliance is that it is from an older type of machine that only records compliance. Now I have a Remstar Auto with Cflex. Got all the data downloaded from that now.
