I would also like to buy a copy of Encore PRO 2.2 or Encore PRO 2.4.
I don't think I need Encore PRO 2.4 because I only have XP Professional SP3 32 bit on my computer. I already have Encore Viewer 2.0 and does not give me the waveform data that I want. I have a presciption from my pulmonary doctor for this software and I am willing to pay for it. Can someone please point me in the right direction.

I did not receive your PM. I tried loading the Encore Pro 2.4, but it is for 64 bit computers only. I guess I need the Encore Pro 2.2 version. Is that correct?

That is correct you need a different version for 32 bit. I'll let you if and when i can get my mucky paws on it

I wouldn't dump the VM yet, until you are happy with the new. I wasn't impressed with it. The good thing I run Classic machines and 1.8i is fine under VMware of course. Jim

Thanks for the Encore Pro 2.4 (32bit) link.

Just installed it, after having to upgrade the windows (Vista) installer to version 4.5. With the Infineer reader, I am able to download my data from my BiPAP Auto SV via the SmartCard. Problem is, I only see the same "summary-trend-daily details" that one gets using the 2.0 version of the "Encore Viewer" software. I can't find any way to access the waveform data.

I have version 2.0 of the SmartCard Reader/Writer as well, but when I try to install it, I get a message that it "can't find Encore Pro 1.3 ..."

I REALLY want to see my data breath-by-breath. Very frustrating for a non-geek like me. Any thoughts?

You can get EP2.4 for free as a torrent download. But, you need a torrent downloader.... such as uTORRENT 2.2. I'd run a torrent search for Respironics... as "Respironics torrent" on GOOGLE or at a site like ISOHUNT.com.

I can tell you for a fact that it installs and runs perfectly on WIN7-64-bit. But you need the login for the USER.... EncoreAdmin and PASSWORD.... password1. The password will fail to open the program... and it'll then offer to let you input a new password. Input a new password. Then look around at all of the settings in order to change the COMPANY NAME, the login USER name... and set up for your PATIENT account.

This new 64-bit version of EP... does not come with software for the SMARTCARD reader.... you'll have to download that from MAKO.... at.... http://www.mako-tech.com/support/. Just be sure to get the 32-bit or 64-boit version that you need... for the DT3500 (most likely the card reader that you have).
