I too am having a similar issues resistance. I don't feel refreshed from sleep and its been a year on CPAP, due to a recent sleep study my pressure changed to 14 tonight and I also just got my CMS-50E to start tracking things. With the lack of information available from my machine, I hope to be able to use it to see when I make adjustments if they are really helping me sleep better at night. I believe I have been mouth breathing, is that an issue that could be plaguing you too? I've read that with the correct pressure mouth breathing will stop which I hope is the case because I've tried the tape and a chin strap and don't see those working in the long term.
