There are some full-face masks that don't touch the bridge of the nose, like the hybrid masks.
Hi, I have a question, aren't the leaks different with each mask? I may be wrong but I thought I had read that.
thanks!

I believe that with the machine presently listed in your profile, you tell the machine what mask you use and then it subtracts normal leak from the leak figure it gives you. And ResMed clinical manuals generally say something like this: "In the case of severe leaks, some or all reported parameters may be inaccurate (accuracy starts to degrade when leak is greater than 0.4 L/s and is severely degraded when leak is greater than 0.7 L/s), and either insufficient or excess pressure may be delivered."
I am assuming the figure you gave was L/s (liters per second) and that your normal mask leak is known and thus subtracted by your machine. If so, whenever the leak is above 0.4, the AHI figures are not accurate, as I understand the statements in the quote above.
