Ex-Military. Now I do Electrical/Software Engineering work which is mostly related to hardware-software integration on Fibre Channel SAN switches.

I am also an Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) instructor on a lot of weekends.

My wife is an RN getting close to finishing her NP degree, and she runs a small Mary Kay business.

Together we try, with limited success, to ride herd on a 20 month old little boy.

Our future plans are to collapse on the couch for 24 hours of uninterrupted rest, but the way things are looking that will not happen until a few months after we die.

I work as an account manager for a mergers and acquisitions firm here in Denver, Colorado.
In my spare time, I am an executive director for a small not-for-profit organization.

Living here in Colorado, I take full advantage of the mountains in our backyard: skiing, scenic road trips, back-country 4WD-ing, camping, and hunting.
Good food and wine are passions of mine.

I am a registered respiratory therapist. Have been for 16 years and counting. I have worked in the hospital setting for many years at the largest pediatric hospital in our city doing everything from therapist, transport therapist, relief supervisor etc.. Then I left and went to home health where I have been for many years also...and I truly love my job and enjoy meeting and helping people everyday. I also do live respiratory seminars (I like to teach) to help respiratory therapist meet their ceu requirements to renew their license.
I like to come to this forum because I learn so much which I then pass on to my patients if they are struggling. Great site..great people!

I've run my own small transcription business for 16 years. I transcribe audio and video recordings for insurance companies (workers' comp, commercial and personal auto), state and county governments, universities, market research, and individuals. Also proofread, edit, and format documents that have already been typed. (Have one son who is finishing up his last year in grad school...yay!)
