It is really rather sad that the kind of treatment you expect in a shoe store is considered exceptional for a DME.
DOUBLE HOLY SH*T!!!
My DME sent my supplies OVERNIGHT EXPRESS!!! I just got the box and it contains my new mask (the RIGHT one! ) a new hose and new filters.
I can't believe how good they've become!
