Okay, I just found these wipes, and they claim to be chemical-free (all natural):

I looked into those Citrus II wipes as well, and based on the ingredients listed, those also seem to be all natural. It says "derived from..." and lists natural ingredients like corn, citrus, coconut. I'm still a little nervous because of the ambiguity of the ingredients list, but they sound like they would be okay.

There's a big difference between "all natural ingredients" and "derived from...".
Heck, gasoline is "derived from" natural ingredients, but I wouldn't clean my mask with it. (Now that I think about it, what substance ISN'T derived from natural ingredients? Even plutonium is...)
Not to mention that there are plenty of "natural" substances I wouldn't want anywhere near my mask!

I agree with steamfan. The baby wipes from Walmart work great and leave no discerable odor. Anything that doesn't irritate the bottom should be ok for the face.

Since our much loved little granddaughter recently graduated from potty training
magna cum laude we have an enormous supply of baby wipes that will probably never be used. They work just fine on my mask, smell reasonably nice, and I don't get diaper rash on my face either.
I love that you have no diaper rash on your face
