DME is durable medical equipment supplier. It's the place you got your machine if you didn't buy it online.

Think of DME as a CPAP Store - tho they do sell other things. It's a Medical Supply place.
Their main interest is to separate you from your money but will get upset if you say that to them. They might pretend they care until you have no money left. You cannot contact the machine manufacturer directly - the will only talk with the DME. So they are like a cpap corner dealer.

I contacted my DME, American HomePatient, on their website Friday, where they promise a reply within 48 hours.
It's now Wednesday night...
Gotta love 'em.
