It does take time to get used to it all. Hang on, just like you're doing. You already have had a taste of the energetic days, so I'm sure that will help keep you going. At least you know it pays off.

I spoke too soon I guess. I just heard myself start to snore, at my desk, sitting up (never been at my desk lying down, but could be interesting), so had to take my first half Provigil for the day. I guess that late football games may be out for me down the road. Bummer!

Sure. As a very new newbie, I was trying to say that I was feeling better but not 100% cured of the tiredness and fatigue and I still had to take the Provigil to stay awake at work which is where all my problems started. For only 3 nights on the therapy I was pleased, but recognizing it was not an immediate miracle cure - which I expected as others on this forum had me well prepared before I started. I'm now at 11 nights and I had to take Provigil yesterday and today although I had a few non-stimulant days last week and over the weekend. I think these steps back have been experienced by others. Hope this is what you were looking for.
