I think you are, but for $6 you can get all you want. They work...they're comfy...get a couple of sets!!

The trial participants filled up in like minutes, but go to eBay and check it out. Put in pad a cheeks in the search field and you'll see her ad.

I have tried the PAD A CHEEK cheek protectors, and I am very happy with them. I am using them on a ResMed Activa mask. They make the headgear straps effectively wider, distributing any pressure over a wider area. They also round off the sharp edges of the headgear straps, completely eliminating the red marks on my face.

Therefore, my final vote is A++

I got my pad a cheek set today - I am SO excited to try it tonight. My face is getting all cut up (literally) from my mask - and until I can get a new mask (*grumble* stupid sleep doc on vacation *grumble*) I'm sure these will help! I'll post tomorrow - but, based on the other reviews, I can already imagine what I'm going to be saying!

Side note: Thanks SO much, Karen. You are a truly amazing person for creating these things. And you've got a good heart, too.

Since I started this thread, I feel I have certain editorial liberties that I can take with it. So allow me some latitude off-topic, although maybe not that off-topic.

College Girl mentioned Karen. I have gotten to know the inventor/producer of the Pad-A-Cheeks over the past couple of weeks. You can rest assured that when you are dealing with Karen, you are dealing with someone who not only is inventive and creative, but someone who truly has a heart. She, herself, is a apnea sufferer and can relate to what we all go through; which was her reason initially for coming up with the strap covers. But you also don't have to worry that you are dealing with someone who is just out to make a buck. She truly cares about people and is not some corporation that disconnects from the consumer who uses the product they provide. You are dealing with someone with a big heart, a kind soul and a very nice person all-around.

It has been my pleasure getting to know Karen; and not only is her product top-notch, but so is she.

I just ordered my 2 sets of Pad A Cheek. Can't wait to get them. Has got to be softer than the toe bandages - and cuter.

I also noted that there is now a pic on EBay of the Swift along with the other picture.
