Karen,

Will these slide over the Swift headgear lower strap? This is where I have most of my problems, with the nike swoosh on my face all morning.
Also, can we order directly from you?

Gilda

Jan, what do you mean, you're doing it right? Don't you know that all successful Swift users have swoosh marks in the morning. QED, you're doing it wrong! .

If she comes up with anything to take the place of those HORRIBLE straps on the swift, I will be the 1st in line! I am going to try the toe pads, but it doesn't look like they will do anything for the top of the straps. I have a mark from top of hair line all the way to my mouth (LOL) I don't need a mask for halloween - I would scare anyone at 5 am. Anyway, I am going to the fabric shop to see what I can come up with.

Well, Snoozie, we will soon find out how they work for the Swift! I ordered mine today! Should take a few days to arrive and I will report after my first night!

Ok, went to the ebay site and got measurements. The problem with the Swift is that when I measured mine it is approx. 5 inches, then it veers off into a Y to go to top and back of head. If it bunches because it is 6 1/2 inches long, it will still make marks.

I ordered a set for my Swift, too. They will be too long, but I figure I can cut them to length. Worse case I lose my $6 investment.

I exchanged e-mail with the (very nice) woman who makes the Pad-a-Cheek. She is willing to try to customize her product for Swifts, but she needs someone to donate the headgear. Any takers?

Disclaimer: I receive no kickbacks and I am not marketing any products. Woops - wrong thread.

I wonder how many people would use something like this, is this a big problem?

I got my pad-a-cheeks today and they fit well on the Swift (without cutting). I'll sleep on them tonight and see if I have swooshes in the AM.

For some people, the straps leave red marks on their faces. This is a particularly bad problem for some people using the Swift nasal pillows. There are other ways to pad the straps, but this particular product - assuming it works - is an elegant and stylish way to deal with the issue. We are all vain here and want to look our best with a 6' hose poking out of our faces!

Just sent DH to store today for my very own collection of pantyliners, moleskin, and toe proctectors (LOL) he's a good sport. Trying the toe protectors first, since the cotton makeup discs are not working. Looking forward to your report on the swift. Isn't it funny - so much crap on that we can't even see our faces, but we still gotta be color co-ordinated and in style!

As for swoosh marks, I took it as a good reason to walk the dog earlier before it was light out. But then, I would have scared anyone at 5 a.m. even *before* my cpap days!
