Just started using my ResMed S9 last night. Been searching for over an hour now for a link to ResScan 3.11...No luck. Can someone PM it to me...Please.

I do have a ResScan Data Card with it and have had to use it to download data for the sleep therapist to check and to show compliance. I no longer have to download for compliance issues but would like to be able to see the other data. I would assume that there would have to be software for this machine. They do download data from the card and provide printouts.

The ResMed Escape models only record compliance data. The DME uses the same ResScan software but only compliance data gets downloaded.
The ResMed Elite and AutoSet models record both compliance and efficacy data.

I am sort of confused now. On CPAP.com one of the product features for my machine says "ResScan Data Card compatible for downloads and pressure or setting changes without the need to visit your therapist's office, or to track your therapy and compliance". In my manual it says basically the same thing about the clinician being able to use my Rescan Data Card Module to access data about my treatment and provide me with new device settings without having to leave home (send in the mail).

Not sure what you are confused about.
Visit this web site to learn how to unlock the clinical menus and change your own pressure, no need for doctors visit or mailing in cards.
