I hate to sound negative but it took me weeks for exhaustion to become plain ole tired and about 9 months for my energy level to reach the point when I could exercise more than a few minutes without becoming exhausted. I still need 8 hrs of sleep to feel refreshed and I used to live on 6-7. My daytime sleepiness gradually improved tho it took many months for me not to have very sleepy 'spells' during the day.

Many of us have been where you're at.......in varying degrees. Try to hang in there. It sounds like you're seeing "some" improvements.

Along the lines of what "dtsm" said, if you could get your doctor to prescribe an overnight pulse-oximetry (to check your blood oxygen levels while you sleep), that would be a good idea.

i bump my pressure up 1cm and it is now at 12. Ive been there fr about a week. overall I feel like ive regressed and my AHI are at the upper limts of my range 4 and 5. Ive been on cpap for about 7 months now and it seems each time I make a change I just regress.

should I really be sticking to a new change that Ive made when it gives me bad results from the get go. isnt that a sign that its not working and that I should try something else?

im not taking any meds so that cant be interfering with my sleep.

Im scheduled for a titration at the end of the month and will ask the doc for the pulse oximetry thingy.

still not lasting a full day but still optimistic
