Hello Uncle Bob, I just downloaded the ResScan program, however when I attempted to begin the download from my chip, it looks like a "Device" has to be added, and when I click on Select, it doesn't work and is grayed out. Also grayed out is the Start Download button. Any help would be great. Thanks I'm a new user and will see if I can find how to include my machine, etc. Aqualama

Please go into your profile settings (user control panel, upper left of the page) and fill in the equipment information. It's difficult to properly answer until we know exactly what equipment you are using. Thanks.

Thanks. I don't know your machine so can't directly answer. Until someone with the same machine answers do this. Try doing a search on your machine name and a couple of keywords like device and grayed out. I'm sure you aren't the first person with this problem. The answer may already be here somewhere.

Most people here prefer you list your equipment by spelling it out. Pictures are pretty but sometimes harder to read! Thanks.

Your machine is a Respironics. ResScan is for Resmed machines.

Also, no PR/Respironics PAP w/Plus in the name is fully data capable. They are capable of providing ONLY compliance data, i.e. usage hours, etc. Nothing of any value to you, no Leak, AHI, etc. data. The Plus' are bottom of the barrel, entry level PAPs. If you have had it less than 30 days, take it back and insist on a Pro model. Good luck!

As I am just getting literate on all this, I stand corrected on what machine I have. I do have all the data and got a print out of it after my first 30 days. I'll just keep on learning here, and I changed the type of machine I have again. Thanks for that info tho.

the only time that the PR's aren't data capable is when the PLUS doesn't follow CFLEX...

aqualama... you've got a PRO with CFLEX PLUS listed... if that's right then your machine is fully data capable. The software that you need is ENCORE PRO or ENCORE VIEWER.

New to this thread. Read quite a few posts, but this is long thread Is there a place showing what devices are supported for download? Any usb devices? Does anybody know if 3.10 or higher support VPAP ST? There is some indication at the Resmed site that 3.x may suport that machine... Any users here? Thanks

I've been using cpap for nearly 6 months now--rocky journey. I am using the resmed s9 auto cpap machine with nasal pillow mask. I do not yet have the software (& software manual) to accompany and analyze my s9 cpap machine. Is the "resscan 3.12" the most recent software version for the s9?

Would anyone be able to help me with a link to download the resscan 3.12 software and manual? Is there anything else I need to review my cpap data? I'd really appreciate help to decipher the data stored on my remed's data card.

Many, many thanks-in advance.
