Hello brand new to CPAP, and have a Resmed machine. My DME showed me the memory card and showed me where to put and that was it. I would like to know what my progress is, and understand this talk about everyones"Numbers".

When I followed the link to download 3.10, I was a little nervous about registering for the software. But my GP told me he would write a prescription for software if I ever need it. So I gave them my real name, address, email, etc. It's been about 5 weeks since I downloaded 3.10 and neither Resmed or the CPAP police have asked for any form of authorization.

I uninstalled 3.10 and installed 3.11. Now the detailed tab no longer has "flow" charts, and I can't get to them by checking the box, because the box does not exists. Anyone see this as well, or have advice for how to fix? I may go back to 3.10 to check the issue.

charts disappearing was an issue for some with 3.10, I had several charts just disappear and managed to resolve the issue by purchasing a name brand 2G SD card.

FYI - I was using a loaner machine for the first two months on therapy, an older resperonics. My AHI Averaged 2.1 and now it is below 0.2 on the s9 using the same mask.
