I just purchased the S9 last week and, I am new to CPAP and would appreciate the link to the software please. I am still learning and hope that the software and a better understanding of the readings will help me become more comfortable with the treatment. As of yet, feedback from DW is that I do not snore anymore. She is getting a better sleep. That is good, my ribs are healing.
Thank you in advance of your reply.

I'm so excited my new S9 Elite is due to arrive in a few days. I had no idea that it would be so hard to coordinate an upgrade from the S8. In any event, I've learned a lot on this forum in the last few days and am keen to have access to my own data. I've had the S8 for almost 2 years and no one (Dr. or DME) has ever said anything about reading the SD card or reviewing the data. I'd be very grateful if someone could please PM me with a link to 3.10 or 3.11 so that I can take charge of my care and make the most of the new machine. thanks!

Please could someone send me the links to the software and manual information? I posted a request elsewhere before someone kindly directed me to this thread.

I got my new S9 today and the DME seems to have blocked me from all data information except for usage time. I mentioned that I had heard that other information was available too, but the tech claimed to not know anything about it other than there would be other information on data card that my Sleep Doctor would be able to download. Thank goodness that I have all of you to ask questions of!

Uncle Bob, I have been here for a couple of years - lurking. Today I registered as I saw the info I have been seeking for all this time .... the ResScan software. It has been a perpetual pain in the rear not to have this software for self monitoring purposes. I have no intention of playing with settings etc, etc, or whatever the excuse is that the DME, et al, give you for not supplying it. I have had this darn machine now for two years and for being hooked up to the hose every night for this time, you'd think they would give it to you - as a reward for compliance. Uncle Bob, I sure could do with a link to the software and some info on how to get the files from the Data card to my PC . Theirs seems to be a proprietary memory card. Oh, I take it that the software will resolve S8 data?

Hello All - I'm a new user and having difficulties adjusting to using the cpap. I have the Resmed S9 Elite, and I am so looking forward to gaining better control of my therapy.

Could someone please PM a link to the clinician manual and the ResScan 3.10 or 3.11 software?

I'll post more details about my progress soon.

What a great community here - so happy that I came across it. Thanks in advance for your assistance!!

God Bless Resmed for S9 and Rescan

Max; it is the law that restrain us from using this software. Resmed is just trying to operate within the law

yes, this law is an ass

Not exactly the "Law". ResMed could have elected to make their software "freeware" and not copyrighted, or modify their EULA (End User Licensing Agreement)

I heard there's a ResScan version 3.7. What is that about ?. An error ? An upgrade ?

Please someone PM me re: availability of the ResMed software. I'm using the S9. I'd also be happy if there is just a means to decode the data.

Regards.

Hey, don't get me wrong Uncle Bob.... I have no problem with what is being done online and if you get a woody from all the "Thanks Uncle Bob" that's just great as it will keep you busy. I just think that discretion is warranted here so as not to kill the golden goose. What kind of beans are those anyway?

What ? V 3.7 is not as advanced as V 3.11 ? Makes no sense.

FYI Resmed failed the math test. It should label 3.7 as 3.07 vs the other is 3.11

Hi, All,
I have been checking in with this site since I started CPAP three years ago. I read all I could
and found so many fine suggestions for making it more comfortable and positive when I first
started that I always give credit to this site whenever the sleep doc starts praising me about
my compliance. Couldn't have done it without all of the help.
I seem to have lately become more tired, though, and find myself back on the site
reading again for more info. I convinced my sleep doc to prescribe the Resmed S9 Elite so I can
keep an eye on the data and figure out what I can do to get the best possible results. I, too, would
appreciate a link to the ResScan 3.10-3.11 software so I can take this next step to improving
my treatment. Thanks, Ann
