I narrowed it down to 5 choices and I went through each featured and checked off what I wanted and what my insurance covered than made my choice. I will be getting my PR System One REMstar Pro next week...finally I can get started! Dose anyone know how I go about getting the software? Not sure if this is an online thing or not! I think this board is great and I feel so much better informed by all your posts!!
For the PR System One machines, you would need the Encore Viewer 2.0 (with SD card reader if you don't already have one).

I went with the nasal mask myself. the pressure on the pillows mask felt overwhelming when i tried it and i thought the Nasal felt more comfortable. For a first time mask user the pressure seemed more intense in the pillows type of mask.

I wish i had the other mask now just to try it now that i have had a few months and am used to the mirage activa. So far it seems to be working well.

I am curious as to how it would have gone had i selected the other.
