I am a foetus. I see its the most popular as well. My Dr seems to think that side sleeping is the body doing what it can to try and keep the airway open. I just figured I did it because it was the most comfy

I voted fetus, but I'm really a fetus-left -- freefaller -- fetus-right -- soldier -- fetus-left -- freefaller. I have to turn at least 450 degrees before I can sleep. This has nothing to do with OSA; I've always done this.

I move between Soldier and Starfish all night long. Fortunately, I got everything with my therapy dialed in, so back sleeping is not a problem for me... average AHI last 30 days - 1.25, last 7 days - 0.43, last two nights - 0.00

A few months back, those were my typical sleep positions:

1) Foetus

2) Desk

3) car

Now, only option 1

I'm a fetus/ Soldier sleeper primarily but I've been noticing with apnea C02 symptoms returning i'm experienced the desk sleep exhaustion since I can't find a comfortable position.
All of these personality traits match because I'm also an insomniac (naturally a night owl).
