discussions of torrents and other pirated software occur here all the time - links aren't usually posted but that such links exist has been posted - for previous versions of ResScan it was known who to contact to get the name of a dealer who sold it under the counter (burned copy w/ a real reader)

there is no need imo to create a mailing list for dissemination of torrents links or a list of dealers who sell the software under the counter

if someone is looking for software, they post and people answer them via pm - probably works well

I am sure many times the person asking for the software is not aware that what they are doing when they obtain the software is illegal and they might not do so otherwise if they knew
