According to the specs, S9 and the PR System 1 Pro, Plus, and Auto operate over 4-20 cm-h2o. At least according to cpap dot com. I think to get to 24 cm you'll have to look at the bi-level machines. I don't think Resmed has released a bi-level version of the S9 yet.
I'm a noobie, but I can't see anyone tolerating a straight 24 cm without bi-level. Anyone?
