Interesting comment from your doc. My last two nights - my leak line was the flattest and lowest (with a Swift LT) in the past 2 months but my Ai actually increased in the late morning hours.....and I had some really vivid dreams at that same time. That would mean some deep REM going on....

Whenever I see a few nights of fluctuating numbers I'll ask my husband what's going on and he'll tell me he's been worrying about this or that. After we talk it over and it's not a problem for him any longer, his AHI, leaks go back to normal. His AHI and leak rate was all over the place for 2 weeks after his surgery.
