As for a Pillow:
Image Is the one I HIGHLY RECOMMEND http://www.pur-sleep.com/products/produ ... ategory=14
The pillow is easily adjusted to suit any sleeping position:

* Side sleepers usually prefer a more full pillow. The four inch vertical side panel easily fills the space between the neck and shoulder.
* Back sleepers typically remove about one third to one half of the hulls. In this configuration, the side panel can be used as a therapeutic cervical pillow: Simply create a nest for the back of the head and the hulls in the cervical area will stay in place even during active sleep.
* Stomach can easily create an ideal, low-profile, cuddly pillow to suit their personal preferences.

I'm sure the "NEW PILLOW" will give you many GREAT NIGHTS of sleep..

I'm really enjoying the pillow...great support and doesn't mess with my nasal mask. I also got the desensitization kit...I'm using Peace right now and I love it! I also ordered Spice & Paradise plus I got samples of many other scents they sell but I haven't tried any others yet.

Carbonman, wherever you are, with all of your wonderful ideas, I went to Wallyworld (the only store in town) bought a foam pillow, brought it home and got out the scissors..........this thing feels like bread dough and cut away! Actually I took a plate to trace a 1/2 circle on the side..chopped it out....put the cover back on .........SLEPT 8 STRAIGHT HOURS! Thanks for the wonderful idea! My cost $22.......readymade $60. We're on a somewhat limited income ..I have a great job but my hubby's prosthetics cost up to $60,000 a year so we try to find economical solutions to our everyday lives ........He's had 5 surgeries in the past 5 years but he's the best "hooker" in town cuz he ain't 1 he's got 2!
