Re: S9 - Disappearing Flow Data?

Did anyone try this?:
I have ResScan 3.7. I use a ResScan USB adapter/cable to directly transfer my data from the S8 Elite II machine to the computer. As I recall (not sure, as I was still foggy-brained back then), I had to install a driver in order for the USB cable to be recognized. And I seem to recall someone saying that the USB cable had to be plugged into the same slot every time. Anyway, maybe a driver needs to be installed in order for it to recognize the USB thumb?
What happens when this is tried? No go???DreamOn wrote:If you're saying that you just want to read the data that's on the USB stick, without moving it permanently to your hard drive, try going to Tools (top of screen in ResScan), click on Patient Manager and then type in the path to your USB stick in the Patient Group Location. That may bring up the data. I haven't tried that myself, so I'd be interested to know if that works. This doesn't transfer the data permanently to the hard disk, of course.
