I've come to the conclusion newbies read the first few posts, and then add a reply with their request. Of course their reply gets added to the end of the thread, which they probably don't think to look at, and they probably don't click on the option to read their reply. So maybe their failure to find the links is the consequence of being new and posting before they gain experience reading the forum.

What we should do is have Carolyn move the last few posts to a new thread and lock the current thread against replies. That way newbies would see the latest posts and likely find the links they're after.

Though if I had stumbled on a 26 page thread looking for the software I would have scoured every response before posting a request for something. The answer is in there multiple times. More often people don't bother to read or do a little bit of work on their own.

Some day I have lots of patience and some days I don't. Guess which day this is.
My wrist hurts. It is hotter than hell here and the gremlin in my cast with the barbed wire played rodeo last night and woke me up often. Then someone had the nerve to call me and wake me from my nap a little while ago. I am tired and grouchy.

No one can send you a PM because you are posting without logging in. Only registered members can send and receive PMs.

Regarding your request scroll back up this thread and you will find it in Uncle_Bob'a signature line.

I don't post much, but I do check this thread every week or so to see if a new version of the software is available.

It just boggles my mind about the sheer number of people that ask 'how do I get the software' or 'PM me on how to get the software'.

I think on every page of this thread the question has been asked and answered.

Can't the inquirers be bothered to even look at the current page, or a couple of the thread pages?

I didn't have a problem obtaining it. My problem is the numerous "undocumented features" of the firmware/software.

The reality is that even today, there are many people with an online presence that don't understand how this whole world wide web(and related stuff) works. I just hope they learn before they get burned by somebody.

I have a S9 with humidifier, and heated hose on the way. Can someone please email me the software? Anything I need to look for with this new set up? Any bells and whistles I may not know about? Is there still an issue with the hose leaking/breaking? I have loved my current auto with A-flex but insurance is ready to buy a new one!!!

Need to get a CPAP AUto S9 without having to remortgage my house. Can someone help direct me to a place to buy it for under a thousand dollars?! thanks
