Wonder if anyone can give me a few tips on managing messages here on the forum. I have had the experience of replying to so many messages in one session and then coming back the next day or days and not really having a clue anymore where I had been.
I checked the forum faqs but didn't see anything that specifically addresses this.
Maybe there is nothing save to write down the thread titles?

If you're referring to your posts here on the forum (and not private messages), there is one way of finding yours. At the main page click onto the Search at the top. In there search by Author, typing in your username. It will bring up every post you've made, listed by topics and with the most current ones on top. Try that.
Switzerland, eh? Wow! Have a lot of sleep apneacs there?
Take care.

Thanks for the tip. I think that should pretty much handle it.
I don't suppose 4 - 5% of the population was the answer you were looking for. Switzerland has a fairly well-developed sense of sleep disorders and apnea. For a small country there are quite a few sleep labs and specialists working the territory. I have one a 10 minute drive from where I live and they are really very helpful.
Thanks again for your suggestion.

Thanks Bill. There is also a green arrow to the right of the page that seems to do the same thing. No?WAFlowers wrote:From the index page if you click on the green arrow to the left of the topic name it will take you to the first new posting since your last visit. Indispensible! (Esp. for us mega-posters.)
Oh shoot! I wasn't supposed to give away our secrets .

Ok, now I'm envious. There are areas here where there are enough of the sleep apnea medical community represented, but this is a big country and for many it's a challenge to find appropriate providers. Gee, it would sure be nice visiting Switzerland some day. Ever been here? Come visit. We'll have lunch.dkeat wrote:

I grew up in the USA, left in 1974 and have been living over here ever since. It is a very nice country, used to be even nicer.
