Possibly if I had something to anchor the hose to above my head (other than my head) it might work, but I'm like tatooyu, the weight on my head causes leaks. In my case it levers my whole mouth open in my sleep. I do very well with hose down or to the side and plumped up under the blankets.

I have been wearing the Liberty mask for the past two nights in combination with a PAPcap Plus which has numerous velcro straps on it. The strap on the top of the head is made for your hose. Having the secured Aussie heated hose go over my head is so much more comfortable! No more holding onto the hose to turn or worrying about if the swivel joint is in the correct direction facing the side of the bed. Having the hose route downward towards the chest was worsened by using a bed wedge for GERD. The elevated head position sometimes made the hose nozzle dig into my chest.

I route the hose above my head. I've tried under chin, and my arm during sleep alway's seemed to disconnect hose off mask, as I turn.
