No No you want to get lots of practice in just in case.
It may be preventative since migraines have to do with blood flow. So just in case keep it up, err rubbing .

Well, I am all for keeping the blood flowing, and keeping things nice and up! Circulation to various parts of the body is essential.
Yes especially for migraines - as soon as you feel one coming on you should get to coming... ummh bad pun warning.


Much to many peoples disappointment - vibrators are usually more effective and quicker - no one wants to go hunt for someone in the mood - RIGHT NOW THIS MINUTE other wise the window of opportunity is lost.
Yes, but a vibrator doesn't have as much personality, nor can it take out the garbage. I doubt if a vibrator has a talented tongue as well.

The real thing is much nicer than "letting your fingers do the walking."
