Thanks for the welcoming, I had already found very kind people on this forum who had been so nice with me and had helped me even if I'm just arriving , IT'S GREAT to see how people are so open to help one to the other with their experiences. Thanks to Kteague, she gave me the information to start the inquiry.
You are discribing exactly what I feels, my English is not the best in town so it was not easy to me to describe the problem as accurate as you have done. Yes my weird feeling is the same you feels. I feel it on the upper half part of my chest too. It could be only on me head or my chest or both. At the begining when I was sleeping very bad without cpap the tingling was almost every day, I was freaking out thinking my brain was getting a big blast with all that.
The time I think it lasts is around half a minute but I can't say exactly how much time because I don't sleep with glases LOL and I never though to rush to time it. Next time I will try to move and check the time. I like precise facts you know.
Here are some of the links I found. I put on Google "sleep paralysis and OSA'' and I get the following. I read some of them, I found the information in bits because we don't have the full problem, so I found enough to make my conclusion. Enjoy.
