I think I may have taken things too seriously, and I was probably wrong.

Most of the attorneys with degrees in economics in my neighborhood work either for the CIA or for the Mafia (or both). So if no one hears from me again, you'll know what happened.

When someone looks at me if I just made them laugh, and says that phrase with a smile on his/her face, I go away happy. When I tell someone he's a mess, I always mean it fondly. I'm telling him or her,"You're as cute as a button."

When someone says, "You're a mess," and gesticulates, an all-inclusive head-to-toe wave of the hand, without the smile, I tend to balk a little.

That why I chose an Auto CPAP over a standard CPAP. From what I've read this is not the best solution for everyone but an Auto CPAP set to its full range can avoid the need for many adjustments or follow up sleep studies as long as the therapy remains effective.

But at least to my way of thinking, there's a big difference between saying they can't fill the prescription as written (and therefore not filling it at all) and modifying it to meet their other obligations.
